In our daily life we have face with many problems and sometimes have hard times to get over it. Here I will write my ways to deal with big problems.
- Imagine yourself that how you would feel after getting over that problem and remember life will go on.
- Do something fun to cheer yourself up. Eat chocolate, pasta, cake, Pizza.. A Philippine proverb says ‘No one could stay sad after eating pizza’🙂 After a-while you will feel better and deal with the problem easier.
- Ask other people opinions for solution to get different perspectives and re-consider your solution.
- Sleep a night over it or do some physical exercise to get away from the problem. It could help to change your perspective to the problem.
- If it is too big to overcome and you believe from your heart that time will not ease it, then do not hesitate to ask for professional help.
